Delivery

When orders are open, there will be a two-week ordering window.
Once the ordering window closes, please allow approximately two months for your order to be made. When it is ready, I will then dispatch your order to you.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For and should arrive within 1–2 business days of dispatch.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.
Returns
Returns are accepted provided items are unworn, in their original perfect condition, and have all tags attached.
Please notify me within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return - the item must be posted within 14 days of receipt.
Return postage must be organised by the customer; I recommend using a tracked and signed-for service to ensure your return arrives safely and you have proof of delivery.
